Anyone recommend a specific Thermaltake case and HSF? Has anyone had problems with a Thermaltake case or HSF?

Their cases are mostly chenming clones glossied up for thermaltake. They should be ok, just more gaudy looks than others.

Their best heatsinks are the silent boost and the volcano/venus 12.

Had a volcano 9, a total pos.

For a better answer may I suggest posting the names of any you are considering. ;)

Thermalfake usually goes for the bling bling instead of good design or exceptionally good cooling.

Those two items aren't actually bad, but similar quality can be had for less money, albeit not as "bling bling." I would recommend a Fortron 350w or 400w or an Antec TruePower 430. Personally, I'm wary about that 480w rating.

Not if it is a Silent boost or Volcano 12. Both perform really well, better than SLK800.
