wow, I'm glad I scanned the deals section just now. I've been looking for a good price on this too. This is a great price. Thanks for the heads-up, California Roll! I actually would have ordered two, if only the rebate had allowed it....

Yup, I ordered one before the rebate was offered; it's a very handy thing to have around.

As a matter of fact, I liked it so much that I also bought one of these from TechLoops. It's almost identical and costs $15 less, plus no rebates to deal with...just thought I'd mention that in case you want to order another one. :)

In for one yesterday. Note: there's two versions of this out there, one without eSATA- just USB 2.0, model # N0028USU, so watch out. Ratshack had it on sale AR last week. Luckily I dodged that one and got this one.

EDIT: See above post. That's the N0028USU w/o eSATA.

Ordered mine yesterday and got it today, man I love Newegg.

Per previous posters do be aware there's 2 versions of this dock. A USB only and USB/eSATA. I do a lot of video editing and backup my footage on "external" drives (internal drives in external enclosures). This will speed things up for me dramatically as I no longer have to shuffle drives in and out of a typical enclosure.
