Thermaltake BlacX ST0005U External Hard Drive SATA Enclosure Docking Station 2.5” & 3.5” USB 2.0 & eSATA

There is a $10 Rebate and a 20% off promo code (EMCJHND43), which is good for any external enclosure.

$33.99 (original price) - $6.80 (Promo Code discount) - $10 (MIR) = $17.19

Sadly, shipping isn't free. For me it came to $2.84, which isn't so bad.

This dock has good reviews and dual connections (USB 2.0 and eSATA). There's a USB 2.0 model that is cheaper, but the faster connection is well worth it.

I have the two bay version of the dock in OP and you have to have some special hardware on your mobo to run it in dual-drive mode. I cant remember what that is called, by my mobo does not support it...

Your eSATA port must support port multiplying. I don't think that many on-board ones do. You could get an add-on card for cheap, though.

I bought one of these awhile ago. If you do anything with multiple hard drives these are a must.
