TT Big Typhoon could be the most effective heatsink / fan available.
This seems to be about $10 cheaper than anyplace else I could find, ~21% discount.

It's refurb, from newchief, so I dunno if you'll get the brackets or not. I don't see how they could ship it without parts required for full functionality but who knows.
