Thermaltake Beetle installation problems

Hi,

I went out and bought a Thermaltake Beetle today with the intention of using it to get a better overclock out of my Pentium D 805. Problem is, I don't see how the hell I'm supposed to install this thing.

I've removed my motherboard and secured the clip through the back of it, but the I-bar seems to be lifted far too high off the processor to successfully screw it down.

I'm following the LGA775 instructions, and I'm trying to install it on an LGA775 processor on an LGA775 motherboard, so what gives? Is there any reason why the Beetle won't work with this configuration?

Thanks a lot. :)

Our one gripe is the Crazy Cool plate on the back side of the board underneath the CPU socket. While we noticed this option worked as well if not better than the ASUS Stack Cool 2 system, the plate is just thick enough to rule out the usage of several aftermarket cooling systems that require the use of a back plate. Granted, some quick and minor modifications to the attachment screw lengths worked in several cases, but for a high end board Gigabyte should expect the user to upgrade the retail CPU cooling system.
Is this the problem?
