Thermaltake 700w PSU enough for a GTX 275?

Hi folks,

I'm currently in the process of RMAing my second ECS GTX 275 card due to artifacts / lockups (beginning at the BIOS startup screen!), and am wondering whether the fault could lie elsewhere with my system. My old 8800 GT card still works perfectly with this sytem, so I'm hoping it's just a problem with the GTX 275 card...

So:
A GTX 275 should run well off a Thermaltake 700w Toughpower PSU, correct? I'm running XP on a Q6600, 4GB of RAM, one HD, one CD drive.

Thanks much, guys. It was an outside shot, I was pretty sure the fault lies with ECS...

Dammit. Oh well, it was a free gift.
