Can people who have actually USED the product tell me their experience with it? How does it do while overclocking? Is it loud? Are the rails stables?
(I'm saying actually used because so many people just outright hate thermaltake and will be like, "OMFGWTFTHERMALTAKESUCKS")

I've had the Purepower 420W with PFC for the last year (it was a freebie too). TBH, I wouldn't have minded buying it either (UK prices aren't too attractive for PSUs), and its actually made by Enlight. It works well enough with OCing. I can OC my XP2100+ to 2800+ and works just fine with a 9800PRO OCed as well. If you're looking at OCing a P4 or A64 you may opt for something a tad more powerful that 420W just in case though.

Every manufacturer makes dud products and it seems TT make both good and bad products like all manufacturers. Many items are made for asthetic reasons, but for them it is bound to be what sells. In my experience, I've found that their PSUs, SilentBoost, Giant II/III and HD coolers to be pretty good though.

I have one and it works fine. I am using it to run an axp64 2800+ @ 2250 (could go higher but my ram is cheap :p ) np with a 9700pro 2 hd's 3 80mm fans + the cpu fan and 2 optical drives. All my voltages stay in spec idle and at load, i think at full load my 12v line drops to 11.95ish but that is acceptable to me.

for a budget PSU it is a solid product. Stable rails, and overall good design. That said, I would save for a more solid power supply. I would spend 75 and get a Sparkle 530 watter ( A Fortron). This is just my two cents as I believe if people are willing to drop the cash on their great hardware that they need to make sure that the Power Supply is top quality and compliments their equipment.
