Does anybody own this fan and are the stats (dBA and CFM) correct

i would say that the lower dBA rating is probably 3 to 6 more in reality.
The CFMs look realistic, though.

it looks realistic but ive heard about alot of fans with false stats

Id say the high noise is accurate, but the low noise, add 10 db at least.

what other clear or led fans push as much air as this one?

The CFM is accurate if not understated. I'm using 2 of these in a case and the noise levels are slightly louder than the Panaflo 120mm U1 I'm using to cool the cpu. It defintely pumps out more air than the Antec 120mm LED fan and even better than the Silverstone Fm121 fan that states 103 CFM
