Which one is the better cooler, or has the slighter edge over the other??
(such as the SI-97A could provide more cooling to the mobo itself due to its lack of bottom fins)

***This is for a Opty170 (dual core) on an Asus A8N-E

SI-120 is quiet. XP-90Cu has better cooling with noisy air.

Both are better than the SI-97 but not by alot. Look at the reviews stickied at page-top.

SI-97 is more for the Socket A processor than the 939. I know it can cool 939 but it was geared more towards the Socket A platform.
