Thermalright XP-120 and DFI Lanparty UT NF3 250

Anyone know for sure if this HSF will fit on this particular motherboard?

DFI "LANPARTY UT nF3 250Gb" NVIDIA nForce3 250GB Chipset Motherboard

Looking to cool down my processor a bit and everyone has recommended this heatsink with a panaflo 120mm fan. Don't want to get it if it won't fit though.

Also, whats the average idle temp for a Athlon 64 3200+ 130nm? Mine idles around 44c.. that seems really high.. is it?

My 3400+ idles between 32-35C....
