Thermalright Ultra 120-Extreme + Stacker 832

Can the TR 120 fit inside the Stacker 832? If so, are any mods needed? I've seen conflicting reports on this exact question.

Originally, I was set on the Thermaltake Armor case with 25cm side fan (VA8003BWS) but once I found out that it couldn't fit the TR 120, I began considering the Stacker 832.

I suppose I could go without a case side fan which makes me wonder -- if you had to choose between a case with no side fan or a different cooler, which would you choose?
