Thermalright TRUE Spirit 140 Direct too heavy for a mATX?

Just want to be sure this cooler isn't too heavy for a mATX board at 810g. It's kind of tall as well so the weight hangs out there. Haven't installed anything this big and just want to be sure before I order it.

It will be fine, as that's not really too heavy (compared to the larger models like the Noctua NH-D15).

The back plate on the motherboard reinforces the weight, so you will be fine. The bigger concern is that the cooler won't block any slots on your motherboard that you need to use (like the top PCIe slot).

Memory clearance is perfect, but GPU clearance is not. While it does clear the graphics card, the space between the cooler and GPU is minimal, and depending on case and orientation, there might be a chance of shorting out expansion cards in the first slot.
