Anyone using this heatsink? If so, what card are you using it on, what fan(s) are you using, and what do you think of it? Also, anyone know whether the heatsink is compatible with the new 6800 and 6900 cards? I'd assume they use the same mounting holes as 5800 series, so surely it would be compatible. But it'd be nice to find someone who had actually tried mounting one on these newer cards and could confirm it's compatible.

I have two of them with my xfire 5850s. I replaced the fans with 120mm Scythe GTs and use a fan controller. Can't even hear them run at 50% fan speed and they stay nice and cool (~62C tops), even under full load at 1000/1300.

It should fit fine with the 68x0 and 69x0 cards.

Very nice. One thing I was kind of concerned about was VRM temps, how well does the T-Rad2 w/120mm fan cool them? Did it come with enough stick on heatsinks to cover all the RAM modules, VRMs, etc. on your 5850?

It came with all the right heatsinks for the RAM. More than enough, actually. I still have a bag of them. However, I use a VRM-R3 and a VRM-R4 to cool the VRMs. I'm not sure how the heatsinks that ship with the T-Rad2 would do because I never tried them. Back several months ago Koolertek had a big sale and I picked up everything dirt cheap, so it seemed like the thing to do.

Edit: I did put small heatsinks on the VRMs near the front bracket, since the VRM-R3 and 4 don't make contact with them, and they've worked fine there.

Using it on a gtx275 with stock fans hooked up to PSU. Very cool n' quiet, but it made the card too thick for my board; covered the sata slots. Had to get L-shaped connectors. Also my bag was missng one of the ramsinks. Thermalright sent me another little bag of various sinks instead of just the one. Pretty cool of them.
