Is anyone using one of these out there? If so are you using a fan with it or just the heat sink? Can you give me any details on how well it's performing? Thanks

I don't have one but I can tell you that you need the heatsink. (you'll fry your cpu)

Interesting...that review says the pipes should be parallel or facing up. Most others I have seen says they should be facing down.
