Thermalright SLK-948u installation

Is there any reason I would choose the clip mounting installation or the bolt mounting installation? I'm replacing an Alpha heatsink and am wondering if I should put the original Intel clip back on...

IMO, bolt-through mounting provides more, evenly distributed pressure and I'd rather have like over 500g of copper bolted through a board than having it hanging on a plastic bracket..

the 948u is almost 650 grams, THE BOLT MOUNTING! be very careful not to overstress teh motherboard. They very very ofter bend under the pressure from the heatsinkmake sure not to crack the board

I have one reason:

Laziness. Bolt-mounted means that you have to unscrew the mobo from the case just to put the bottom part on. With the clip mounted portion, if you have the bracket already installed, then you automatically go that route.
