I am trying to install my SmartFan II & heatsink, I am just wondering, does fan suppose to blow toward to CPU?

or it's like the AMD stock heatsink blow to side

For thermalright heatsinks, place the fan blowing towards CPU. Most HS work better this way. Exception is Alpha pal series.
