Thermalright SLK-900(a) /w quiet 92mm fan more effective than Vantec Aeroflow?

Hi I am currently running a Barton 2500 oced to 3200. I was wondering if a combination of the Thermalright SLK-900(a) and a quiet 92mm fan such as the papst or the Panoflow 92mm fan (FBA09A12M) on sale at SVC would cool my CPU better and be quieter at the same time, in comparison to my Vantec Aeroflow. I don't even have my aeroflow running at full speed as I am using Q-fan on my Asus Nforce2 board which runs it at 10/15th's of its original RPM.

Yes it would work way better and be quieter. You could even use the 92mm panaflo L1A.
