Thermalright SK-6 fan question?

I bought this followed the directions and then wondered is it better to have the fan blowing away or on the heatsink? The directions I got are calling for it to blow away from the heatsink.

i have mine blowing not sucking, and if i remeber correctly, my temps dropped about 1-2 degrees on average. try either way and go with what works best.

the SK-6 was designed to have air pushed through the fins, so you would want it blowing. It is highly doubtful that reversing the fan direction would bring lower temperatures.

Thanks for the help, guess I turn her around and untill my new fan get's here. That fan can raise the dead. :)
