So, is Cogage just going to be the testing ground for TR's coolers from now on?

No, because that basic design has been around for quite some time, the IFX-14. They only really changed the fin design, which doesn't really make it a new cooler. It is strange though that the cooler was released under the Cogage brand way before the Thermalright version.

Probably not. Aside from the Arrow, can you name any TR cooler that was a Cogage first? HR-02 - nope, VenX - nope.

I don't expect the Thermalright Silver Arrow to be any better than the Cogage Arrow if you replace the fans on it.
