Thermalright SI-128 on AM3 socket?

Anyone know if the reg(non-SE) Thermalright SI-128 will work on a socket AM3 board?

My current system is a 939 and I don't know if the socket has changed since then. It says it will work with AM2 so I figured it'll work with AM3 but I'd like to be sure.
