Thermalright NB-1 + DFI NF4 Ultra-D

If I buy one of these north bridge coolers, will she fit on the DFI's NF4 chipset? I've tried making the DFI NF3's chipset fan fit on the NF4, but it didn't fit. Will this? Thanks in advance

It's pretty big, having a 50x50 fan on top. Also pretty loud, unless you reduce the fan speed using a 7-volt adapter. Are you looking primarily for lower noise or better cooling?

hmm something tells me this will get in the way of the video card heatsink/fan.... what card is ging to be in this system??
