Thermalright HSF?

Are the Thermalright heatsink's hard to install? I notice that AMD has this clip like device where you can easily attach both sides of the metal clips to the motherboard and then with a clip like device you kinda clamp down it tightens the heatsink to the CPU.

I really like this idea as it's a lot easier to do the job than to try and force the clip down with a screw driver and then having the screw driver slip and gouge a few traces on the mobo.

Are the Thermalright HSF easy to install like this? I'm looking to cool my Winchester 3200+ with something like the Thermalright 120.

you dont smash the cpu down, but the clips to clamp pretty hard. i find that the first time installing the xp120 was not exactly easy but not hard either. prob not as easy as stock HS, but with patience it can be done. plus it is a damn nice heatsink!
