Both coolers are within $7 of each other so price is not a factor.

I'll be mounting it to an ASrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen 3 and installing it in a Fractal Design R4. I plan a moderate OC on my i7-2600K and battling a very hot summer here.

Both have their pros and cons and 1 versus 2 fans. Would be great to hear from owners of either. Rest of specs are in my sig.

Edit: Typo. Meant NZXT.

If you are thinking of OC on core i7 2600k and the summer is very hot in your side then please go with the Corsair Hydro Series H60 Liquid at 4500/-.

Thanks, but going to use air and I've decided between those two I listed.

I've OCed with systems that sound like jet engines. The Fractal Define R4 indicates I am geared more to quiet but still able to do a mild to moderate OC.

Thermalright macho. Havik is pretty noisy.

But you'll need a long screwdriver for installation (included with the normal HR-02).

The Macho, according to reviews, no longer includes a screwdriver. Do you have either cooler?

That's what I said, Macho doesn't come with a screwdriver so you'll need to get one yourself if you don't have one already.

I have the normal HR-02 and the screwdriver was included. It's 5,9 inches btw.
