Thermalright HR-01 Plus with duct

I'm considering, as part of a planned upgrade to my main rig (see spec in sig), changing from the AC Freezer 7 Pro to a Thermalright HR-01 Plus coupled with a Zalman F3 120mm fan in push configuration. The fan at the back of the case (directly behind the heat sink) will be changed to a Scythe S-Flex 1200 rpm.

I'm wondering if it will be worth getting the Thermalright fan duct as well.

My case (Antec 900) has a 120mm fan at the back, another at the side, the Antec 200mm fan on top, and the PSU fan at the bottom, all acting as exhausts. There are 2 front-mounted 120mm fans providing air intake to the case. As I'll probably be upgrading to an ATI HD 4850 GPU at the same time, with an AC Accelero cooler and turbo module, I lose the side-mounted fan.

Ducting the HSF to the rear means case ventilation falls mainly to the 200mm fan on top, unles I can mod my case to have the side exhaust fan mounted outside (which I'm seriously considering).

In the event that it's just the 200mm top fan that is providing case exhaust, is the Thermalright duct a good idea? I know the CPU will be nice and cool, but will my case internals start sweating?

Does anyone have any practical experience of this?
