I found this interesting. I can't see myself using it, but I'm curious to know who else has seen it or used it.

Ahhh, like this Ventilation Duct: http://www.pccasegear.com.au/prod3020.htm

Not a bad idea, but it wouldn't work very well with my HSF (Zalman CNPS9500).
