Thermal Tape....

I used some thermal tape for a dual pentium pro rig that I am dismantling... But I am not sure if I can just tear the heasink off or if there is a good way of removing the thing... I pulled on it pretty good and thought perhaps I would see what the pros would have to say about what to try next...
