Thermal Right SK-6 Heatsink Question

I have the Thermal Right SK-6 copper heatsink with delta fan. It works fine, but the clip used to attach it to the mother board is not as tight as it should be or atleast compared to other heatsinks i have tried/seen. It there a place to get a new clip or what you you recommend I do?
