Thermal receipt printer won't turn on.

So this is a long shot, but I have a thermal receipt printer that just won't turn on...any ideas how I could troubleshoot it? Would I have to look at the motherboard (whatever it's called...main board?)?

Is it connected to anything? If so...What/How..

It's a sharp ER-01pug connected to a sharp up-3301 terminal. OMG I hate point of sales equipment!!!! We had another one of these that just stopped turning on too...

Yep, works fine. I tried it on a couple other outlets and no dice. fml
