thermal paste ...where can i get it?

ok..ive been going all over town asking these mom-pop shopd about thermal paste...they either have no clue what it is or do not carry it....i have not tried the big chains like officemax...etc yet...can i find it there?
plus does it matter which kind i use?
i assume thermal paste = thermal paste...but i could be wrong...

Often with fan / heatsinks will come with a generic non-conductive thermal compound. If you're serious about overclocking, get the Arctic Silver II available online everywhere.
