I have two thermal pastes: one with silicon, and one without. Both claim that because they do/don't have silicon, that they are better. Which one truly is better? I have a 1.2Ghz Thunderbird and plan to OC to about 1.4 Ghz. Any help would be appreciated, thanx.

The problem with most of them, is that they tend to dry out. With Tbirds and their high heat, I can test CPUs with Radio Shack stuff, but after about 12 hours of CPU torture tests, the stuff is almost cooked. That is fine for testing, since it cleans up easier than Arctic Silver, but I would not use them for the long haul.

Arctic Silver is the way to go. :)
