THermal paste and thermal tape

Er...thermal paste and thermal tape...which is better? Which is easier to apply with low chances of screwups (first timer here)

AND MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL...DOES THERMAL TAPE OR THERMAL GREASE COME IN AMD64 RETAIL BOX?!?!!?

A stock A64 HSFU has a thermal pad already on the the bottom. Its actually pretty good stuff, some people say its actually shin etsu. That being said, if you ever lap you HSFU, then that stuff is going bye-bye, and you'll probably want some Arctic Silver 5.

You should basically be fine.

Answered in your other thread, don't sweat it, they will apply T.I.M. to your pre-tested combo deal even though you didn't take the G675. If you take the retail CPU in the combo it'll come with Shin-Etsu G7783 so you are hooked up either way
