Are you from Germany or something? I can barely under stand your post. The anwser is use 99% rubbing alcohol and some tissues or q-tips, tissues wipe more stuff so I recommend using tissues. Then apply some thermal paste/grease like Artic Silver 3 to the core, you want a thin layer. Just barely thin enought to almost see the writing on the core. Attach the heatsink to the socker making sure the heatsink does not ride up on the plastic ledge.

Dude. Maybe instead of getting a summer job (like your sig says) you should go to summer school and take a basic English class. Your post is near incomprehensible.

I think me and NokiaDude got the same impression from your post. You should clean the remains of the old thermal pad off the top of your CPU before you install you new heatsink. Do not use the pad (if there is one) on your new heatsink either. Get some Artic Silver III and apply it by following the instructions on Artic Silvers' website. Make real sure that you mount the new heatsink correctly.
