Thermal liquid

I got some silicone stuff with the fan, I didn't apply it though, cause I wasn't sure where it should go. But I'm assuming it's supposed to go only on the chip in the middle of the brick ? A small layer on top there ?

Allright, I've applied thermal liquid. According to ASUS Probe, my PC is now 57 degrees Celsius, that must be WAY to hot for only surfing on the net with mIRC and two IE windows open ? Please help. I have 6 fans in the computer, 1 for the chipset, two for the processor (Superorb), two for the Powerunit, Enermax 330W, and one for the Graphics card. My PC is about 2,5 metres from the oven, could this be causing it ? I can't exactly turn the oven off either. Tips, please I'm desperate, it's a 1,2GHz and I'm only running it at 100x9 = 900. It's supposed to be 133x9, I can't clock it up yet with this temperature.

Check out these instructions. Chances are you put way too much compound on there. If you put too much on, it actually interferes with the heat transfer.

I just re-read your post: You really need more fans on the case itself. The only ones that are impacting airflow through the case are the ones on the power supply itself.

I'd say at a minimum, you need one on the front of the case drawing cool air in. Another on the back exhausting the hot air out of the case wouldn't hurt. The idea is to get the hot air out, and supply the heatsink on the processor with fresh outside air to cool the CPU.

Also, if you are going to overclock, the SuperOrb isn't likely to be good enough, although it could be OK at your stock speed. Consider an Alpha or GlobalWin
