would arctic silver 5 ceramique be a viable, more importantly safe option for a thermal grease implementation?

Would the process be the same as a CPU?

clean with isopropal alchohol 90% and up, What im worried about , is the ceramique a viable option? I have been lead to believe that it is solely used for cpu and gpu ram but not for a gpu.

It may sound ignorant, but I am building my first computer and hence, would like it to be a positive experience 😀
