Thermal Epoxy or Tape question

I broke the clip on my XBOX's heatsink like a dumbass and the Artic Epoxy I have will not stick to the CPU for some reason.

Where can I get some thermal tape or epoxy? I looked at Radio Shack and came up empty.

Local pc shop should sell artic alumina.

The arctic epoxy you have is thermal epoxy.. lol

If you mix it properly it will work.

Yea I know, I want to attach the heatsink to the CPU without the clip.

If you mix it properly it will work.

It is a 1:1 mix is it not?
