Not AS5, unless you sealed the ram first with some type of silicon. (I think)

arctic ceramic works fine for ram. you can use AS5 too, but be careful not to let the compound touches the pins. it's a little bit capacitive

Arctic Silver 5 is good for it, but you'll have to apply it carefully... Otherwise Arctic Silver Ceramique...

Thats what I meant to say. It can't touch the pins otherwise it might cause a short or fry your board. So AS Ceramic would be better for the RAM chips.
