Thermal Compound break-in period questions.

I ordered the Artic Silver 5 for my new build, and reading the PDF from their website, they say the break-in period is 200 hrs and "This break-in will occur during the normal use of the computer as long as the computer is turned off from time to time and the interface is allowed to cool."

That doesn't make it really clear to me. How long is the computer supposed to stay on, and how long off? What is the most effective way to do it?

And, during this break-in period, am I not supposed to run anything heavy like After Effects or benchmarks?

I've used AS5 a lot over the years and it's always been great for me. All they are basically stating is that during the first 200 hours of use that the thermal compound be allowed to cool down to room temperature a few times. No specific lengths of time are mentioned because none are needed. If you leave your computer running 24/7 then they want you to turn it off until it completely cools down a few times during the break in period. That's it, easy peezy. I turn my computers off at night anyway so I had to do nothing special with mine and have always used my computers normally during break in period.
