Just put a water block on my x1800xt and I used arctic silver thermal paste. I was told that that was not good for a GPU, because of the capasitors right next to it. So I took that block back off to put the stuff that came with the block on it and I noticed a small amount had gotten on the capastiors. I cleaned it off with a q-tip and some rubbing alchol and I got about 97% of it off, but there is a very tiny amount on there that I cant really get off without damaging the GPU. Should I be worried or is it too little to do any damage?

Probably won't be a problem, but if you're really worried about it, soak the qtip so it's dripping, tilt the card, and get as much alcohol on that area as you can. If it's fairly fresh paste it should melt pretty easily.
