Thermal Adheasive?

Hi, im going to put a heatsink on my a7n8x motherboard's southbridge chipset. Where can i find thermal adheasive/glue? And what is the best one, the worst one? Could someone show me where i can get thermal adheasive? Paste wont work because i need something that conducts heat AND holds the heat sink on.Please help.
 
i would try the artic alumina adhesive.

i always mix 1 part epoxy with 1 part normal paste. its strong enough t keep it on well, but allows you to remove it if neccesary - best out there and it really is non-conductive, unlike artic silver - although the risk is low....
