i listen to initial D soundtracks sometimes, the music makes me want to drive real fast. but i have trouble understanding the engrish lyrics...

Binary Finary's 1998 album is unreal. PVD makes it better. Unfortunately I only have a various artists disc with 1998 on it, but I'd like to get the whole CD.

I own 12 PVD albums/singles (yes, I legally purchased them 😀)

Haven't heard of that one though. I'll have to check it out.
 
I've got Synthasy - Liquid Earth blasting right now.. Not sure if that's considered "trance" or not.

It's awesome. I have a friend who's friends with one of the members of Binary Finary, so I'll have to ask her about getting a copy of "1998."

Dude....you are so right. no one agrees with me that Trance is great driving music but it so Is. A State of Trance #200 is simply the best mix ever!!!!
 
I am also currently enjoying Underworld's Everything Everything (live) album.

You should start looking for the ASOT mixes if you want small two hour mixes every week. The Essential Mixes are good, but they vary in styles, so they are not consistent every week.

Damn, to all you trance haters, I wish I could turn you on to some good stuff. Not that crap you hear at crappy clubs. I know that most of your exposure consists of crappy euro remakes of other songs, "Castles in the Sky", "Kernkraft 400", and "Sandstorm."

But believe me, there are some real good quality tunes out there.

I don't know how to answer this really. I mean, obviously, they are brodcasted sets over the web. So, you could rip them yourself? Or they are usually on BT after broadcast. Usually you'd only be able to find like the last five or six. Try the usual BT sites, and search for ASOT or Armin Van Buuren. This is probably illegal, just so you know. But for sets that are broadcasted over the web in the first place, I wouldn't really worry about it.
