There's little kid cuteness overload at my house

My cousin's two kids are here for a week. 10 months and 30 months. Very loud, very cute.

I'm losing my protective outer crust of mean and vile.

past 20 months you can call them by years. the slight differences start to taper off by 18-19 months.

anyway, yeah they are really cute at that age.

man it's been a long time since my kids were that young.

I've spent maybe 12 hours with little kids since I was one.

I like how the old one will say anything that I do.

I think it's the flu that's getting to me. Usually I'm the principal in those cartoons that plots against the kids, forbidding anything fun, trying to put them to work in the salt mines.

i didnt mean to sound condescending. i was just pointing it out.

they are a lot of fun to be around. its really fun to watch them figure things out for the first time and watch their personalities grow.

Break down that barrier! Nothing wrong at all enjoying those two kids. Have fun!! Get down on the floor and play with them, breakout your inner child, that life smashes down. At that age, they can be soo cute.

it takes 30 seconds to change a diaper. they are cute on the order of hours per day. sounds like someone is just a little bit lazy.

A human weakness is the inability to raise yourself from a prone position when your shoulders are pinned.. with a baby that can be done without force by ising the gap between your thumb and fingers.... they're trapped and poop extraction can proceed unhindered.

lol, I'll have to try that! Right now I've resorted to giving him the remote to play with, and singing twinkle twinkle little star during the process! He's really got me trained!
