Just got the Woot email this morning. In typical Woot-speak, they said this, and I quote,

We have a ridiculously busy week ahead of us, with a ton of work to do between now and Thursday. So we're gonna leave you with this: make sure you get lots of rest and there's plenty of room on your credit card. You never know when you might need it.

So, Woot-Off Wednesday night/Thursday morning, or Thursday night/Friday morning? We shall see!!! ;)

yes, there is a newsletter now.

You're holding in your Inbox the third edition of the Woot.com email newsletter,
America's leading source for periodic updates on the comings and goings and
to-ings and fro-ings of Woot. We've got all kinds of thrilling news to pass on,
assuming your thrill threshold is pretty low. Like what? Like this:

Crappy Birthday To Us With Our Biggest BOC Ever.
We celebrated our third anniversary on July 12 in true Woot fashion: with our
biggest Bag O' Crap offering yet. Also in true Woot fashion, things went a
little haywire under the strain. Bizarre things happen when people order 140,000
craps and we only have 10,000 to sell.

The chatter, rumors, and scuttlebutt are all true: Shirt.Woot will soon come
alive, offering one exclusive t-shirt design per weekday. Stop cluttering up our
product threads with questions about it and head on over to shirt.woot.com to
discuss the fascinating "Coming Soon" graphic.

Coppola Wines Direct To You.
This week, our little brother site, Wine.Woot, features a four-pack from the
winery of a certain Mr. Francis Ford Coppola. With easy-drinking,
summer-friendly Califonia reds like these, we think this guy might have a future
in the wine industry.

The Boring Stuff: Security, Privacy, Shipping.
Most wooters yawned when we rolled out a new, lawyer-approved security and
privacy update last week. But they had a lot more energy for a logistical
analysis of Fedex SmartPost, the official slowest Woot shipping method.

Let's see, anything else? We guess that's it. We have a ridiculously busy week
ahead of us, with a ton of work to do between now and Thursday. So we're gonna
leave you with this: make sure you get lots of rest and there's plenty of room
on your credit card. You never know when you might need it.

Yea I feel the same way. However, I will be checking the Woot!-off for a blood pressure monitor I'm looking for. I'm pretty sure they'll have one during the sale.

Funny as it is I just bought a Roomba Red from Outpost for $119 delivered. I find I would like the Discovery though and hope they have one on WOOT this week.

I think their discovery is refurb, make sure you check when you order. I have sage from woot myself and sometimes it has problem finding it's way home. Other than having to carry it to it's base, it's great.

Even though I've never bought anything from Woot. I can't stop checking the site, especially during a woot-off.

Ever see the movie (or read the book) Needful Things? I keep expecting to see something like that. :p
