There's a winter chill in the air, it's getting cold. I bought some Hot Cocoa mix and spiked it with brandy. It tastes good and really warms you up. Haven't had this mix since last winter.

I haven't had that. Is it good? I've read about it in the book, "The Balkan Ghosts." It's a history of the Balkins. "I can never drink plum brandy...It's what the soldiers drink after they throw babies in the air and catch them on their bayonets." Those ethnic wars are bad news. The book is highly recommended for a history of the Balkins. It's a difficult read though, the author keeps shifting back in time. The book was recommended to me by a CIA operative when I was in the Balkins.

I like it. I kinda prefer travarica, but its impossible to find here.
it's a similar brandy, but with herbs in it. supposed to be good for your stomach and such.


the genocide is mostly hype, imo.

I have some real vanilla extract. That sounds good.

Try hot apple cider with Tuaca and whipped cream on top. I think they call it a hot apple pie. Unless you are totally against hot drinks.

I was kayaking a river in a snowstorm, floated by a bar, went in and grabbed a couple of these to warm up. Then I took off again downriver.
