Let it bite you.

I sense spider-powers in your future (or a mild infection).

Don't ask Syringer to kill it, he may or may not kill it and either way, he won't tell you.

That's the infamous Oreo Spider, originally discovered in 1912 in New York City.

meh i dont bother them so they kinda just chill there..

I have been sitting on my couch when I noticed some movement in the corner of my eye and it was a spider right next to my head from the ceiling.

More than once.

I have been gaming on my PC when I noticed movement on part of the screen and it was a spider crawling inches in front of me and my fingers.

More than once.

I have found in the restroom, that for some time there had been a spider sitting on the edge of the bowl as I sat there.

More than once.

Only once, I saw a spider so big that it could be seen with bad eyesight, out a kitchen window that's dirty, on a patio structure 20 feet away - and it had somehow started a web from the structure to a hammock about 6 feet away. And man, could it jump and was never caught.

Of course the hammock was a story itself, with dozens of holes in two wood bars for the rope, one right next to where your head goes, where spiders could and did hide.

It got to be that the mandatory several minute search of each hole before using the hammock made it not worth using.

I even got vaseline to put on the hammock poles heavily to try to prevent spiders reaching the hammock, but it didn't work.

I used to have a spider living in the passenger mirror of my car. He chilled there for a while. Some days he'd come chill on the outside while I drove around; he'd swing around in the wind. ah heck had a good grip on that web of his. For some reason I called him Edward.

One day I was driving though and he lost his grip. RIP Edward!

edit.. oh yeah and nice pic!

Good god, as soon as I saw that beast I'd grab the nearest textbook to close on him

Worst spider experience for me was playing CS with my brother late at night in the basement, I see a tiny spider coming down on a web near the monitor, I think whatever and keep gaming. Few minutes later, I see another, when I look up there's like 3-4 small spiders coming down on the desk. Looking at the ceiling, I see tons of tiny spiders coming out of an overhead light. Guessing some eggs hatched that night. Normally spiders don't freak me out, especially tiny ones but seeing them in that many numbers was freaky. We got out the Raid and sprayed the place down.

I once had a very large wolf spider on my patio... I wish I still had the picture of it.

I didn't kill it though. The only spiders I'll kill are black widows and brown recluses.
