This movie is really awesome. I know a lot of people didn't like it, thought it was slow, boring, or whatever, but the story really is awesome, and it was made very well and the acting is nothing but top notch. It kicks the shit out of no country for old men and a lot of other stuff in recent years. Daniel Day is genius. Nothing about the movie is poorly done. Not much of a point to this post, but watching the movie for the 3rd/4th or 5th time, and just felt like sharing...

definitely is a bit slow, but the plot is pretty damn good and the acting/production/everything else is pretty much perfect. every time I see it I realize it more

I watched no country for maybe the 3rd time today and I just couldn't watch the whole thing. I started from the beginning and just when I got to the climax of chagrin finding whats his face at that hotel and chasing him in the street, it just couldn't keep my attention. The movie gets exciting at times, but the plot just isn't there. the coen brothers just don't do it for me

hard to compare, yes, but I think There will be blood is a lot better. Better story, better acting, better made film. No country might have been more exciting/faster but I really didn't like it. It is basically fargo but a little different.
