I heard about it a few months ago.

It was shot from a camcorder by some kid.
Was this Godzilla?

The preview never showed who/what was attacking NYC. All you heard was a noise. I figure since it's been a few months that the attacker has been revealed

Plot Outline

Revolves around a monster attack in New York as told from the point of view of a small group of people.

While it doesn't explicitly depict a monster in the preview, we know it will have some sort of "parasite", so I'm going towards an alien-based moved.

/Me predicts it's Voltron, no matter what imdb says.

And not just because I really, really want a Voltron movie, but because of little pieces I've picked up here and there. Young people, young guy in the preview heading to Japan, destroyed New York City, same producer as Transformers, and probably a few things I've forgotten
