I tried looking all over google, couldn't find anything. This has been noticed for 2 days straight, i'm worried now. What could be wrong with me?

I hope it's not the Allegra that i'm taking with my antibiotics (doxycycline).
 
Jesus, go to a fvcking doctor - I assume you're a guy so it could be anything from temporary undigested food to colon cancer for all you and I know.
 
Blood in the stool can be a warning sign of colon cancer. Go to a doctor immediately.
 
Could be internal bleeding. Very serious. I would go see a doc.

Happened to a friend of mine who ignored it for 2 weeks and lost 8 pints of blood. Ended up in the hospital for a week.

Blood in the stool will make your stool black and extremely foul smelling.
