There are no ads on the subscriber server. If you are not a subscriber, deal with the ads and pop ups. If you are a subscriber, run adaware.

Was it this one?
This was coming up a few months ago and I thought they dealt with it; guess it's back.
Us Anandtech'ers are awfully picky about our ads. :)

Hmmm, I somehow already knew that and I plan to subscribe...however I thought regardless popups and javascript ads are banned here, mmmmmkay? ;)

Somehow buying a house and helping to pay all the damn fees for 'importing' my g/f are taking a priority.

Anyways *everyone* should run adaware....great application and free even, might be the best free thing out there now.

The ad was the one in your .jpg Jeff7, got it again this morning: http://amch.questionmarket.com/static/busy-240x240-1l-eng-gbp.gif

I'm using this post to test a program. The program is blocking the auto-re-entry of text when I edit posts..... you may ignore me

that did it... it's a script timer.

The pop-up ad that I've been receiving is a DirectTV ad... (but it's the same size as the one posted below).
