There's nothing to win. We aren't winning any extra freedom on our end (if anything, I think liberties and privacy have been greatly depleted as a result), and I have serious doubts about the abilties of the new Iraqi Gov't to remain steadfast and without corruption.

But since we're comitted already, it would be a far worse outcome to just abandon the "project".

We all know WMD was a false premise, and we knew that from the start. I don't see why everyone makes that an issue now when youknow from the beginning that Bush was never invading Iraq for solely WMD. Are you really all that innocent?

It's funny when it was happening, supporters were all chanting WMD. Then when they didn't find any, they make claims like above: "Oh, just kidding. We knew there were no WMD's. You guys are all so naive. We knew all along. We just wanted to start a war."
