There are two kinds of people in this world, those who would and those who would not install this screen saver on a friend's computer.

Fun Screen Saver from Microsoft

From Microsoft website:
Bluescreen cycles between different Blue Screens and simulated boots every 15 seconds or so. Virtually all the information shown on Bluescreen's BSOD and system start screen is obtained from your system configuration - its accuracy will fool even advanced NT developers. For example, the NT build number, processor revision, loaded drivers and addresses, disk drive characteristics, and memory size are all taken from the system Bluescreen is running on.

Eh, wrong answer - 3 types: those that can count and those that cannot.

I already have this screen saver  Quite entertaining seeing all the different errors it pops up. One says SYSINTERNALS_GREAT_SITE :D After which it makes like its rebooting the computer. Only way to get out of the screen saver is to hit the escape key. Moving the mouse or hitting another key won't do it.

There are three types of people who roam this land
Those who can count - and those who can't
And it took me three years to see I can't rap for a damn
But now I can't quit 'cause I got fans

Yup. I downloaded and installed it while the dude went to the bathroom. He returned, when it eventually kicked in, went WTF, hit the Esc key and all was normal again. :(

I wonder if they have made an OSX version of the screensaver. That would make an even better joke....shut up those snooty Mac users.

3 types of people in the world are:

1. People that make things happen.
2. People that watch things happen.
3. People that stand around going "What the fvck just happened?"

It amazes me that even after all these years people still have a stick up their butt about Mac vs PC.

This can almost be as funny as doing a print screen, then setting that as the wallpaper with "hide icons" checked!

I just read in my crappy "Engineering Design" book that it is universally agreed that Macs are better technology than IBM clones. I was thinking whaaat.... especially now that the hardware is identical?

Then they were talking about the pros and cons of overhead projectors vs. slide projectors, so I guess I'll give them the benefit of the historical doubt. :p

Well, based upon the current voting, the population of AT forums is very sadistic indeed. Currently, 47 people have responded and 91.49% of them said they would do it "in a heartbeat."

Wow with friends like these, who needs enemies. ;-)

as for my obvious Mac prejudice.....eh, I like PCs. They are the mutt, the crossbreed, the alley cat of the computing world. I think that when Mac's become as ubiquitous as PCs, they will probably suffer from the same vanilla design and implementation that is the inevetible result of the consumer's walmart mentality of cheapness mixed with the it's caviar taste for features--I want it all, and I want it cheap. Macs are not cheap. They are certainly a better piece of hardware and design, but for getting work done with tons of diverse software applications, PCs still rule. Buying a Mac seems to be more of a status symbol than a neccesity. It's like buying one of those blinged up PC cases with LEDs all over the place, just a bit more classy.

Not that there is anything wrong with bling on your PC. haha....oh, I am gonna get it for this one.

put this on the wife's laptop, she bitches about it. Last night she called me, asking how to get rid of the screensaver. I thought she was talking about her laptop, so I was like just press the space' bar or something. Come to find out, she was talking about onee of the kids PC. Unfortunately that computer doesn't have the screen saver. Damn dell.

So awesome. It doesn't do it properly if you have a widescreen monitor because I know that the blue screen and windows loading screen are displayed in widescreen res and not fullscreen res.
